We went to Shanghai, but the next day we took the train to Hangzhou. Popular among the tourists is Lingyin Si Temple: "The Temple of Inspired Solitude". Again, though, it was easy to get away from the tourists. We found an old stone path which led up the hillside, and we followed it alone to the very top, where we were rewarded by the sight of a concession selling Coca-cola.
